There have been many occasions when a design has been based on excellent technology but with a lack of understanding of the practicalities or costs. Once a contract such as this is let, the contractor is continually resolving design issues, changes and variations, all of which have a cost in time and financially – both eventually impacting the client or end-user. From the earliest stages working closely with the design team, we can interpret the design and have an input at a ‘paper’ stage, minimizing the requirement for later change and additional cost.

We are also completely independent with no manufacturer ties, so there is no favoritism or interest, we work solely to achieve our clients aims.
