In recent years we have identified an area in the marketplace between the end user or client and their Consultants and Contractors where definition of requirements and technical understanding and co-ordination are often (expensively) overlooked. There have been many occasions when a design has been based on excellent technology but with a lack of understanding of the practicalities or costs. Once a contract such as this is let, the contractor is continually resolving design issues, changes and variations, all of which have a cost in time and financially – both eventually impacting the client or end-user. From the earliest stages working closely with the design team, we can interpret the design and have an input at a paper stage, minimizing the requirement for later change and additional cost.
We are also completely independent with no manufacturer ties, so there is no favoritism or interest, we work solely to achieve our clients aims.

Since the inception of the company we have worked on a number of projects carryoing out numerous functions relating to the building services and more specifically the BMS and HVAC Contgrols marketplaces. These works have included works with other Consultants such as Crossite Associates & Logi-Tek Ltd with whom we work in partnership and Roger Preston & Partners where we have worked on design and site representation. We have worked for a number of Main Contractors such as Bovis and Como with specific duties regarding the management of key packages and sub-contractors and we have also worked directly with a number of clients in the banking industry as part of the client team and as Project Managers for major development and refurbishment projects.
